Nervousness, anxiety, fear and all the other equivalent words freeze up your love and keep it from flowing. On the whole, what these upsetting words represent blocks your receiving love as well as giving it.

Be a blessing to yourself. Make the world easy and brilliant for you today. Truly, make every day a day of rest. As it is, you seldom make Sunday a day of rest. Perhaps We want to define rest. Here it is: Resting means letting go.

Today is put before you as a blessing. This is to be a bless-ed day. Feel sprightly, and you will make this day sprightly as well. There is fate, yes. At the same time, you are the maker of your fate in the Presence of Today.

“God, what difference does it make if my life on Earth is illusion or not when illusion feels real? What difference does it make if my suffering is illusion or not when it feels like honest-to-goodness suffering, and I suffer"

Let go. Let go is what today tells you. When you hold on to the past, the accumulation holds you back. Stay alive in what is called the present.

Mistakes happen. They are passing things. You are not to culture them and ruin your day because of them. You have to let them go.

Rise above the daily inconveniences. Inconveniences are only inconveniences. Annoyances are only annoyances. Frustration is only frustration. Who says that everything has to be smooth for you at every moment?

You are on Earth for such a short time. Make hay while the Sun shines. You are the Sunshine. You are to brighten lives. You are to brighten your life.

Unto everything there is a solution. This doesn’t mean you have to be the solver. You do not have to wrack your brains for the solution. The solution is inherent in that which you see as a difficulty.
