Fine tuning our awareness is the key at this time of great awakening. The greater the awareness and understanding we gain about who we are and who we are not, the more we move into our authentic power. Our role in the unfolding Divine plan that we have all agreed to participate in, is that of fully embracing every aspect of who we are.
What is the purpose of anger, you ask? It is the crucible from which freedom can be born. It is the compounded welling up of trapped emotion about all things. We are emotional beings for a reason, so we can truly process our experiences – every colour and nuance of experience in this life.
While it is hard for your thinking mind to conceive, it is such an extraordinary time to be alive! Keep telling yourself this through the thicks and thins of everyday life when it seems that it is otherwise. Do not attach to the great ills of society. Yes, they are the reality for some and yes what you hear on the news is tragic, but has this been your experience today?

As we continue to awaken from our slumber and begin to realize there is so much more to who we are and why we are here, the one question that rises to the forefront of our minds is: what is my true purpose in this world? This is the big one for most seekers…searching for meaning to our existence and our role on this planet, often generating unrest, stress and anxiety in the process.
What is the nature of guilt, you ask? It is insidious - in fact contagious - as it is spread from one to another. It is a form of abuse. It is birthed by lack of true power, but one’s feeling of inadequacy and inferiority. Of course, intellectually this is not true, but the young child or innocent or unaware One does not know this within themselves to block it from its inception.
Greetings on this beloved Earth Day! For you know that all days are earth days like all days are mother’s days and father’s days and sacred days, but there is great power in the alignment of consciousness between your brothers and sisters. There is great power in the unification of one thought, one desire, one intention. And so today honours the magnificent Mother Earth and all that she provides and how deeply she is embedded into your experience.
Beloved, we will say it again and again until it “locks in”: there is nothing outside of you. So when you are in pain or grief of any kind: look within. The external forces are there to draw you in one direction only. They are there to help guide you through your own quagmire, so gratitude is appropriate.
The riches are within. There is no other place that there is for you to seek for what you most desire. It is the greatest riddle for which the answer is ironically simple: go within. Consider the ridiculous efforts and screaming and deep pain and vast travels for which many have traversed only to realize it was right there all along. It would be laughable if the misguided journeys weren’t so arduous and painful. Like so many modern tales such as The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, Lord of the Rings, and The Polar Express, it is the journey that reminds us of this paradox.
Well, here we are in 2012. Is there anything that has not already been said that can assist you in preparation for this time? Honestly, there is not. We can only serve to summarize to help you know in every moment how to be - for as you know, it is not about doing, but about being.
This time of year dredges up much pain and sadness held in the recesses of our hearts. It is a profound opportunity to heal and transform those bruises into a lightened, expanded heart. Compassion is a fire that heals your own and another’s heart. Remember it is our minds that continue to batter our hearts by recurring thoughts that become a form of self-flagellation. Why do we hurt ourselves so?
