How do you define your happiness? Does your happiness stem from others being happy around you, from doing noble deeds, or doing something you love? There are many ways to be happy or joyous in the world we live in. The world does create false happiness, through material possessions. I'm not saying not to have nice things, we all want the best, but think about why you want what you want. What you want may not always be a new suite or a pair of shoes. It could be the craving for success, or a form of attention.
When you think of boundaries, most think of a form of confinement or containment. With boundaries, comes rules and respect for another's space. Not many people respect other's boundaries or personal space. With the lack of respect, we tend to get upset. Then you have to think why are we upset if the boundaries have not been clearly defined. Of course at work and home, those are easy to define and respect, but personal space it's different and it changes. It changes with our life condition in the moment.

What exactly is perspective? Is it objective or subjective, or both? Is is one’s opinion or a voice in your head? I my personal journey, perspective has taken on all these forms. Perspective is an energy that shifts into what it needs to be, when it needs to be.
Affirmation Definitions: We know what affirmations are, but do we know the different types of affirmations? I have come into the awareness of three variations of affirmations through meditation and practice.
Awakening is the process of realizing your authentic self. Our authentic self is the purest, simplest form of self. As children we are born in our authentic selfness. Throughout the years of experiencing life and individually becoming what the collective creates, we create layers of illusion. The layers of illusion create a false sense of who we are. We believe what we project about us to the rest of the world. The projection is only temporary, we have to keep refocusing the source of the projection to maintain or recreate the projected image.
Knowledge provides us with insight to world we live in and interested facts. We learn what we desire to learn, things we are interested in. I'm sure most of us at one point or another wondered why we are interested in a particular subject. With this level of knowledge and curiosity comes power. It is what we do with this knowledge and curiosity to give it power.
Most people equate success with wealth. Having material possessions, such a mansion, an imported car, high end designer clothes and accessories, etc is the mark of success. What about those who don't have millions to spend on whatever we desire? Don't they deserve to have the "the mark of success"? The answer is yes, there is plenty for all to have and share in the world we live in. It starts out in our own personal definition of success.
There is a difference between honesty and truth. Truth is fact and can't change, unless the circumstances, situation or object changes. Honesty comes from within us. Honesty is tied to the emotions of true self. Example, when we set a goal, there is a level of expectation we place on ourselves. Then we must be honest with ourselves to be sure if the goal is attainable.
Over the past year of my life, I lost my aunt and mom. My immediate family. I then met my biological father. I experienced both sadness and joy in such a short period. After a period of loss and gain, and being on a rollercoaster of emotion, the definition of family was reshaping.
The word perseverance means of us as individuals to steadfast, to keep moving. It almost sounds like a competitive nature to keep moving, when we keep moving, whether in a physical or metaphorical sense, we as humans’ breakdown, but our spirit remains strong, though hidden and retreated. When we move through faith, we summon our inner strength to be present in the moment to see past the current circumstances.
