Before we incarnate, we review our life and choose the path most beneficial to us for growth and ascension. We choose everything from our appearance, life path, people to help us in growing, the cities we live and a lot more. The life planning of the Soul is an enjoyable task, yet when we incarnate, we forget how to have fun and what it is we are to do. On a soul level, we already know what to do.
When we think of sanctity, we think of holiness, something of sacred value. But, what is it that we truly value? Do we value the object giving meaning, do we value having a claim on something, or do we value possessing a possession?
Affirmation Definitions: We know what affirmations are, but do we know the different types of affirmations? I have come into the awareness of three variations of affirmations through meditation and practice.
When we think of power of personal self we generally relate it to our independence. In our conditioned way of thinking, our independence gives us freedom to do as we choose. What are we choosing to do with our freedom, our independence? In life, we continue to assert ourselves with the choices made, for example, when a child comes of age they move out of the family home to prove self-worth.
Each individual experience is an incremental part of a lesson or challenge. These experiences add up to the total life lesson. Each individual of the collective life lesson is different, yet similar. As previously spoken, our true purpose is enjoyment, but we have to learn to experience our personal joy. As young children we learned to experience joy effortlessly. We were detached from the world and all that mattered was our joy.
The human experience is lived daily from our actions and thoughts stemming from the lessons and observations of life. Most of what is learned is programmed from observations and emotions. They both drive us to the decisions made in every waking moment.
The lows of life are not the illusion we create, where all seems lost or hopeless. The lows of life are essentially a reset. We come to a point in our life to where we choose to stay in the reset cycle until we learn what is desired, or we transform our life to welcome new energies. The lows of life bring varying distractions, disappointments, and even depression. However, what gets us through the will of self and hope for something better.
There is a difference between honesty and truth. Truth is fact and can't change, unless the circumstances, situation or object changes. Honesty comes from within us. Honesty is tied to the emotions of true self. Example, when we set a goal, there is a level of expectation we place on ourselves. Then we must be honest with ourselves to be sure if the goal is attainable.
When something shows up in our life, do we pause to appreciate it or do shrug it off because it's is know exactly what we want? Do we shrug it off because this is a fact we already know about self or something we don't want to hear? Think about why we turn something away.
Spiritual happiness is when your spirit is in balance and harmony with the energy of the universe and personal space. Spiritual happiness is a combination of various emotions and living in a state of consciousness. Some of the emotions aiding in spiritual happiness is love, joy, and the variations of them operating on a high frequency. The question is how do I get to a place of spiritual happiness? To get to the place, we have to come into self knowledge and remember our true self.
