Yes loving frustration. We all know what frustration is, when we are fed up with a situation, yet remain very hopeful. The hopeful aspect is what makes it loving. Last week I read an entry from one of my favorite Spirits, Kryon.
A support system begins with love, faith and courage. Love from those around you and from within yourself is the motivation. Faith is the will to all things possible. Courage is the strength to do all things possible. Family, friends, spouses, and peers are all apart of the outer support system. Though these people may me close to you, there to comfort you, and there to guide you, the true support system comes from you. If not for giving ourselves the love, faith and courage, we would not receive it from others.
When we think of sanctity, we think of holiness, something of sacred value. But, what is it that we truly value? Do we value the object giving meaning, do we value having a claim on something, or do we value possessing a possession?
Finding gratitude is not as easy as going to the grocery store to find what is on your list or finding a coin on the street, but it can be. We find gratitude in moments, such as the moments when we go to the store to find exactly what was needed or the coin on the street. Gratitude is an expression of love for what we have in our life, both material and non-material. When we express love what is received, we become open to receiving more and giving from our heart.
When we experience the lack of elf worth, depression sets in. The lack of feeling worthy is a process occurring of a period of time and is unnoticed, unless you perform regular self awareness checks. These checks help maintain a sense of self and place in evolution. Our self worth is not ego, it the knowledge to know we are good enough.
The Universe is perfect in all the magnificence you see. The experience you co-create with us, consciously is also perfect. It is an illusion you see with your physical eyes and judge the unconscious creation. The creation is one of experience, allowance, and ease, it is what you choose it be.
My thought for this is week is about happiness. This has been a thought swimming around in my head for a few weeks. Then it occurred to me, I have written about the topic a few times for Thank You Thursday. I went back to read the entries on the blog and below are a few lines that stood out for me I would like to share.
What is our soul signature? Our soul signature is like a fingerprint, it is our personal vibration other souls recognize. Our signature stays with us from the time of our first incarnation, our first creation. This light is the core, the spark of our being.
