As we move through the Shift, changes are happening within our bodies. We are altering how we see the world around us, and increasing our body’s ability to hold Light. As we alter the electromagnetic frequencies in our physical and emotional bodies, many of us are beginning to think differently about ourselves. Depending on how we hold resistance in our body, and where we argue for our limitations, we will experience physical and emotional symptoms from time to time.
As you know, our minds can be very noisy sometimes. As this Shift continues to unfold and trigger more of the who-we-are-not to surface and move out, understanding the steps or levels our thoughts move through may prove helpful in managing them. We are moving toward becoming more masterful of every thought, every emotion, and every action in every moment. Thoughts occur at many levels of loudness from the complete silence of knowingness to the screaming and arguing inner voice.
As 2012 approaches there is an increasing urgency to this message because we’re all, literally, running out of time to play in the third dimension. In simple terms, the habit of thinking and feeling and behaving that we know of as the third dimension is going away. Everyone is shifting into a fourth dimensional consciousness and experience, and then into a fifth dimensional consciousness and experience.
As the waves of light step up more and more, light, wisdom, and knowledge become increasingly available to us. The more you can anchor the light and re-member "you" the quicker the awakening will be and the more "play" time you get to experience. You will enjoy yourself and become more fluid and flexible in assisting others.

This article talks about two types of energy waves. One is an expanding wave of consciousness that is moving through the universe, through you, and through the Earth. This wave is bringing in new levels of light, knowledge and wisdom that will allow each of us to remember who we are. It is astonishing as I watch the expansion this wave is causing.

Everyone hits a wall now and again. Some people choose to stay there, noses stuck against the cold, hard, stone - blaming themselves or others for their predicament. Others choose to turn their heads slightly, squint their eyes and slyly peek around to notice where they are. Still others have developed ways for peeling themselves off the wall, laughing at their squished noses and choosing to create a different outcome. We have opportunities to choose every single day.
Have you ever sent an email and the moment you clicked on "Send," you realized it wasn't really what you meant to say and you may have just created a mess? Welcome to the world of "Shoot, Ready, Aim." It shows up in all areas of life, relationship, business, health. Everywhere. It is an awkward way to live your life and you can choose otherwise.
The next time you are waiting in a line, listen to the conversations around you and notice if people talk about how bad it is? IT could be anything: the weather, the long line, their joints, their last haircut, their doctor, ulcers, job, wives, kids, husbands... People often enjoy congregating and complaining about how awful IT is. In doing so, they perpetuate their condition. (Law of Attraction, you know.) They are repeating their thoughts over and over and over, magnetically attracting like-minded people into their vortex of pain and making their pain very real.
Every statement you make, “I am fine.” “I am wonderful.” “I may have stuff around me, but it’s not mine.” “Even though I am in the midst of all stuff, I am fine.” If you can begin to create a distinction between the problem and you, you will find that things can go on around you and you don’t have to identify with them, or take them on and become them. Now, let’s play a game.
The concept of choosing your feelings may sound odd. Feelings are feelings, right? They just happen to us. Well, we can in fact choose how we experience our emotions. We are not victims to the energy that moves through us, the energy in motion, our e-motions. Sure, they happen instantly and unconsciously at first, like a wave that rushes through the body...until we decide to increase our awareness and be the creators of our lives, instead of the victims.
