When you don’t manage your attention point and “go to” what you are looking at or thinking about, something very specific happens. You stop breathing. If you watch a baby, they are present and observing the world from within themselves.
Many years ago, when I first began my conversations with the archangels and ascended masters, Master Kuthumi said to me: “To enter and remain in the fifth dimension you must master every thought, every emotion, and every action. Every moment.” Cautiously, and with great respect (and without grimacing or rolling my eyes), I replied, “Well, it looks like I won’t be entering the fifth dimension anytime soon.” Kuthumi smiled and said, “We shall see.”
This wonderful planet of yours was created in great love by many, using this Christed Matrix. The Earth is a Christed planet. Because you are part of that Earth, embodied in a physical body, you are a Christed being. You may have however forgotten this.
As 2012 approaches there is an increasing urgency to this message because we’re all, literally, running out of time to play in the third dimension. In simple terms, the habit of thinking and feeling and behaving that we know of as the third dimension is going away. Everyone is shifting into a fourth dimensional consciousness and experience, and then into a fifth dimensional consciousness and experience.
As this Shift of Consciousness unfolds, there are many, many events that are being stripped from your consciousness and your memories. The first Wave* clears away beliefs in your past that have been projected into your future.
The fact is we are all clairvoyant. Recognizing and developing your intuitive abilities has many practical, down-to-earth uses in one’s life. In today’s culture, we have access to more information than ever before.
Accessing the powers of the Heart chakra along with the physical heart is not just placing your attention on your Heart or desiring to open your Heart more. It is about learning all of the variables and all of the purposes and energetic sequences that lie within that entire center both physically and non-physically.
Last month we talked about the first four layers of thought, how to recognize them and live within them as a conscious and intentional practice. Let’s continue with the final three layers or levels of thought. Recognizing and understanding the steps or levels your thoughts move through may be helpful in managing them. And ultimately, choosing which layer you want to live in.
