Mercury will be in Cancer until Aug 4th helping us process our emotions in a conscious way. Mercury is our conscious awareness and in any Water Sign, it is activating your Emotional Intelligence.

This energy gives you a tremendous power booster to your drive to create stability, as you define it. You will be more willing to do the work, starting with a plan that is carefully thought out and then methodically carried out. 

This week is special because, technically, there are NO ACTIVATIONS but that does not mean there isn’t energy to deal with. We are in such a *magical* portal right now, even if it doesn’t exactly “feel” that way in the moment.

This is your Annual opportunity to release that which you no longer want to be part of your reality or your responsibility. Look to what you *Initiated* at Winter Solstice and how far you’ve progressed since then. What’s working? What’s not? What needs to be released?

The whole point of any planet going Retrograde is to bring up the issues of its domain, and in Venus’ case, the primary issues are: values, priorities, beauty, love, relationships and resources. It brings these aspects of life up to the surface for everyone. 

This week is relatively light, all things considered. Use this slight breather from the other planets so we can continue to process, integrate and ride the waves of the Sag Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse (6/5)

This month you will have to take many deep breaths to maintain your equilibrium. The pressure is intense and the speed of which information is coming at you, is continuing to increase.

This week is special! There are no official activations, however, there is a Total Solar Eclipse adding energy to our annual New Moon in Cancer that falls on July 2nd so I thought I would devote this week to that.

Life is all about choices. And if your parents were busy, like most parents are, with survival and keeping a roof over your head, clothes on your back and food in your belly, sitting you down once in a while to point out your choices and their consequences probably wasn't a priority. That's okay - you chose your parents for the lessons they would facilitate. You got what you got and you didn't get what you didn't get. The choice now is how can you use what you did get in the most effective way?

Independent means "free from the control of others; self-reliant". To me, it means OWN YOUR STUFF - KEEP IT REAL! Everything about you - the good, the bad and the ugly - is because of you and your choices. We make choices based on the knowledge and experience we have at the time, but the choices are our own nonetheless.
