Welcome to the first Energy Update for 2020. This time of year always carries with it a ‘review and renewal’ energy for people that's been a tradition for decades. We take stock of the past year and we start to think ahead...

There are so many different themes for this month but one of the first things that came through (and one that has also been showing up for lots of people during November) is the Strength of the new and incoming 2020 Energy.

Over recent months, you may have heard me talk about learning how to balance your own reactions to what’s going on in the outer world. So, whatever area of the outer world might be triggering you, disappointing you or causing you grief or sadness...

Winds of change are constant on Earth but this month more than ever, one of the biggest themes that is showing up is a CLEARING PHASE for all  of us. This may see you actively clearing elements of your life, home, office or even relationships and phases of your life.

One of the big overarching themes for September is POWER. That word can be a little triggering for some because it can also refer to power abuse and misuse of power, however, power is going to show up in different ways over the next few months...

If you are feeling like you have been through the wringer the last month or so, you are right on track. August will in some ways be a lot calmer and smoother in terms of the waters of life.

We are definitely in a period of EXTREMES - with extreme speed, extreme transformation and extreme and unexpected happenings in our lives waking us up and shaking us up. As we go through July and August, that unexpected and extreme energy is going to come into sharp focus...

Perfect Storm for Healing and Elevation, Anger as a Release and Fuel for Change, Full Circle Moments, Dreams and Synchronicities, and Light and Creational Energy

Often when we go through these accelerated periods, there can be all kinds of turbulence and reactions to the fast changes. But during this period of May to August, an enormous amount of HEART and PEACE energy is also hitting the planet. It’s really getting strong and will become evident for you in the next few months.

For most of us, that feeling or surge of overwhelm can rise and pass quite quickly and we are plunged back into a feeling of space and creative or life-force energy. But for those of you who are feeling particularly paralysed by the overwhelm - it’s going to be really important to focus on support of the self in this coming month.
