Hello and welcome, wherever you may be in the world, I hope you know that your Guardian Angel has its arms wrapped around you just loving you, for we all need to feel loved. I know I do.

I’m sitting here chatting with Angel Hosus about what I should write about for the newsletter and he told me to write about the things that are on my mind. I was thinking about people feeling lonely, but not just lonely, feeling like nobody loves them at all.

As we sat in Carton House Hotel in January last year I told my friend and agent Jean that I could see love as a physical force. Jean, who has known and worked with me for more than ten years, was shocked.

Your guardian angel has never been to earth with anybody else, and will never come back to earth with another soul. This is YOUR guardian angels one and only time on earth with YOU.

Last week I was in London with my son Owen for lunch with a friend. We were early so we went for a walk in Hyde Park. It was a crisp, cold morning with the sun peeping through every now and then. There were lots of people in the park, all of course with guardian angels.

Parents are having a tough time at the moment; many are finding themselves under financial pressure and are struggling to give their children the material things that others have. There is much more to life than material things and being a good parent doesn’t depend on giving your children everything they want. The most important thing you can do for your child is to love them, and teach them about love.

If you feel cynical or disbelieving about the whole idea of angels, why not give yourself a little Christmas present and suspend your disbelief for the season. The angels ask that everyone try and open up to the possibility that there is more to this life than the material – even just for 24 hours this Christmas. What have you got to lose?

I have been seeing and talking to angels since I was a baby. I see angels physically as I would see you standing in front of me. I see and talk to them every day. I know that for some people this sounds crazy -- your gut reaction may be to stop reading this now -- but I would ask you to suspend your cynicism for just a few moments and see if anything I am saying resonates with you.

The angels tell me that many of us are so busy that we forget to live life and enjoy the ordinary everyday pleasures. We try to cram so much into our busy lives that we actually forget what is important. Many of us place too much importance on money and material things. Having some money is of course important but the angels keep telling me to remind you that when you die you can bring no money or material things to Heaven with you. What you do bring with you are your memories and all the love you felt on this earth.
