Last year, I shared a note I wrote to myself when we first went into lockdown for the pandemic. I used it to stay focused on self-care when I felt stressed so I’d remain helpful to myself and others.
Many of you are bidding time until this or that happens. Expecting that you will be happy once that event occurs. Yet, when that event becomes a reality, you look forward to the next event and the next.
