30th May 2013: On the Brink of an Energy Shift

Will You Take the Plunge?

Today we find ourselves on the brink of an energy shift, and for many of us it will be a welcome one. The month of June introduces a fresh and rejuvenating vibration, which begins to build tomorrow, so if you’re feeling at the end of your tether at the moment, battered by events of the past few weeks and unsure of your ability to keep going in the face of obstacles, challenges and even plain old everyday stresses and strains, take heart: help is at hand.

When approaching such a shift of energy and influence we may well find ourselves even more wound up than usual! It’s a bit like that moment when you’re about to dive from the highest diving board, or propel yourself down the steepest water shute. Anxieties peak when you reach that point of no return, before you take the plunge, offering yourself up to the law of gravity and the embrace of your watery destination. Once you’ve surrendered…everything changes in an instant. A whole new energy rushes in and those fears are a thing of the past.

We’re on that diving board right now, peering down into the still blue water below, wanting to be there but wondering if we can let go enough to do it. The truth is we can, if we’re really committed to accepting the blessings of the coming energy shift we can do it. We can let go of whatever’s tying our mind in knots or causing our heart to retract and close. We can decide today that we will ‘Let Go and Let God’, in a spirit of faith that will prepare us for the fresh new energies waiting just over the horizon. And yes, with the Moon in Aquarius and Mars in the final degree of Taurus today, we’ll be able to come up with all manner of reasons why we can’t let go, why it makes no sense to have faith, why guaranteed outcomes are the only currency worth trading in and why it’s vital we understand everything about our situation before we take any kind of plunge. But none of these are reason enough not to do the dive. Quite the opposite in fact. They’re the very reason we should do it: to challenge the false supremacy of the rational mind and allow ourselves to experience something altogether more vibrant and inspiring. Something that connects us with Cosmic Mind, Heart and Spirit which know so much more than we give them credit for and who want to share their wisdom with us in a breath-taking act of generosity.

So whatever excuses we find today for not climbing those steps to the highest board in an act of faith and surrender, the heavens remind us that there is so much more going on than meets the eye, and we can never perceive it all until we choose to give up our blinkered view of life and plunge into an entirely different reality. It takes courage, yes, and faith. It takes letting go and giving up the need to know for sure and control outcomes. But the greater our willingness to take the plunge, the deeper we can dive into the fresh new energies flooding our planet in the coming month.

Happy diving everyone!

Great analogy for what we need to do- thank you Sarah.

COBALT 30th May 2013 10:04 am

Nice to see words that express how I am feeling. :smitten:

shapeshifter 30th May 2013 10:18 am

I took that plunge (actually I think I was pushed by unseen forces) off the diving board and then I remembered that I didn't know how to swim. I opted not to struggle and allowed the current to carry me because I really didn't know where I was headed anyway.

It was a very scary ride but I eventually washed up on a very different shore which I am still exploring with wonder and amazement.

Sometimes we don't know why we take a journey until after we get there.

Sarah Varcas 30th May 2013 10:23 am

Thanks for reading Peter :)

Sarah Varcas 30th May 2013 10:23 am

Cobalt! Enjoy the dive :) xx

Hello Shapeshifter :) your words:

Sometimes we don't know why we take a journey until after we get there.

So very true! Thank you xx

Sandra Smyre 30th May 2013 2:28 pm

Love this message Sarah! Feel like I'm going through a faith crisis these days--just trust it's all in Divine order. Am ready to plunge from the high dive, into who knows what, but here I go!

betsy. 30th May 2013 4:49 pm

Well, I would have to agree with shapeshifter. LOL. Sometimes it seems I take the plunge and other times I feel someone came up behind me and gave me a good shove. :2funny Oh well, I don't know what's ahead, but I no longer have my heels in the sand. I count that as progress. LOL.

Thank you for this message, Sarah, as well as the comments that I learn so much from as well. Soaking it all up...

Much love to you!!!

Deeni 30th May 2013 5:07 pm

Thank You so much Sarah.

I thought I was some kind of pariah, or something. I was even questioning if God really does Love me.

Let Go, and Let God, best advice I've had this week.

Thank You,

Much Love and Light to All.
: ))

Thank you, Sarah. Wonderful analogy. My inclination is to say, "But it's SCARY!" And my other inclination is to just do it. Every moment these days seems to present the necessity--really, it's more than an opportunity; it feels like a driving necessity--to choose one or the other. I'm glad I'm in such good company and we're taking the plunge together.

Love it! Have faith and take a dive... or stagnate in a stinky dark swamp :) Greater love xox

Sarah Varcas 31st May 2013 3:08 am

LOL Sandra Smyre! Yes, here you go! :) Enjoy the new energies. There seem to have been a lot of crises of faith going on for people recently. Life has been so challenging... but June is looking a lot lighter in that respect, so bring it on! xxx

Sarah Varcas 31st May 2013 3:11 am

Hi Betsy :) Oh yes, I know that feeling of the good shove LOL! Either way it gets us to where we're going  Love to you too Betsy xx

Sarah Varcas 31st May 2013 3:15 am

Hello Deeni :) Things have been pretty tough lately, and I'm not surprised you've been feeling the way you do. You're certainly not alone in it. I was really pleased when I looked at the charts for June and saw this big shift in energy for us, because so many people were struggling and feeling kind of abandoned or forsaken, even. There's still work to be done but the overall atmosphere will be very different :smitten: So I wish you a peaceful and happier month ahead xx

Sarah Varcas 31st May 2013 3:18 am

LOL Kay. Yes it IS scary and yes let's JUST DO IT!! :2funny I can completely relate to what you say about every moment seeming to offer this choice. There is no escape so we might as well just dive in, and certainly doing it together makes it a whole lot more enjoyable :)

Sarah Varcas 31st May 2013 3:19 am

Pennypenny, yes indeed.

Have faith and take a dive... or stagnate in a stinky dark swamp

That pretty much sums up the choice! Well put! :)

thanks Sarah, I was hoping to find an explanation for this sudden wall I've hit. Was flowing right along and suddenly yesterday I felt as if I were unraveling, fragmented, cut off from the sunlight of the spirit? very low energy and a little uncertain about so many things I had gotten so excited about. Am a very sensitive empath and find that my feelings often mirror transitioning shifts in energy or the onset of astrological aspects. Of course I may have a brain tumor :''( ... kidding I hope, but thanks for your intuitive interpretations, I'm scorpio w/ascendant cancer, your article on watery aspects arriving explained much.

Sarah Varcas 1st June 2013 4:13 am

Hello Demonchaste, ah, yes, you will be feeling this shift in energy for sure. It's a big one and happens quickly so whilst the in-coming energies are a lot 'lighter' than some of late, their arrival can be felt as really quite unsettling for some. Take things easy, give yourself plenty of space and just let yourself 'be'. Things will begin to settle. Take really good care of yourself this weekend :) xxx

Yay! Bring it on, I'm a Gemini !!!!

G'day Sarah

I'm one of the one's not aching to go as I see this life/reality just as magical as the one we will enter into, I'm savouring every moment even after recently experiencing a home invasion, our souls won't experience quite the exact same reality again.

I just wonder, before this reality was created were most of us just as eager to experience such a reality to escape our present reality at the time, I bet we were!! It's but another change as nothing of realties of time & space ever stay the same.

PS I must be abnormal because recently & even right now I feel we all should let go of our set attachments to this reality & move on but it's hard because many of us have become attached to this reality through the many lives we have lead in the reality.

mrmathew1963 2nd June 2013 5:07 pm

G'day Sarah

Sorry I don't agree that it is a stinky dark swamp, what makes it stinky & dark is our attachments, we are that stinky dark swamp, we are what makes a reality what it is nothing else & we are & have all been a apart of it, no good blaming someone else. We must be aware of this otherwise we will take this stinky dark swamp with us in essence unknowingly because it's we who make a reality what it is nothing else.

I accept this reality for what it is because otherwise why did I, like everybody else, choose to live in it. I will learn from it not despise it which represents conflict, acceptance is the key here not non-acceptance & conflict, see it for what it is not what you judge it to be.

Sarah Varcas 3rd June 2013 3:33 am

Hello Mathew :)

I'm one of the one's not aching to go as I see this life/reality just as magical as the one we will enter into

Yes, I am all for living in this reality Mathew. I'm not talking about suddenly leaving it to enter a different one, only about this one we live in shifting as is its nature. Like you said, 'nothing of the realities of time or space ever stay the same'. The kind of energy shifts we've been experiencing recently don't take us somewhere else, they help us live here, in the now, more fully. Sorry if I gave the wrong impression there!

I don't agree that it is a stinky dark swamp, what makes it stinky & dark is our attachments

Yes, again, totally agree! That's what I was referring to when I echoed Pennypenny's comment. If we cling to our attachments within it we make it stagnate. Not blaming anyone else for that! We each have to take responsibility for how we perceive the world, and for changing our relationship with it. :smitten:

mrmathew1963 4th June 2013 12:24 am

G'day Sarah

You didn't give the wrong impression it's just the way I looked at it, sorry for that. So many people are trying to escape this reality but like you said it's all about changing what we have to something more palatable.

It's funny, once you perceive or look at things differently they are different to what we first thought, it's as if we change the vibration & that is probably what we are doing. Too many spiritually aware people are being told that the ego is bad which manifests it's negativity through what we perceive however when we look at the ego as just being creative it has a totally different look to it, without the ego we wouldn't be here I believe as we wouldn't have the drive to better ourselves in anyway or to even rediscover ourselves to become reconnected with our inner selves. The ego is very creative but the ego or egotism can also be vey destructive, it all depends on our perception I believe.

Sarah Varcas 4th June 2013 3:28 am

Hello Mathew :)
Ah yes, this whole ego issue! I agree with you. It's all about how we use the ego, not the ego itself. Developing a healthy one that can express its creativity is part of being human. We need an ego to function in the world, but we need to do it consciously and not allow unconscious egotism (which seems to be fueled basically by fear) to rule the day.
