Final Throes of a Great Release

This year has been a time of massive awakening and transformation and with the new cosmic cycle we have moved into the possibility of a new life and a new direction is emerging. As a result, we may be reflecting on why we are here, what is our purpose and what action do we need to take at this time. We can be certain that we are here to take action and to complete certain tasks that are both unique and essential for our individual and collective healing, growth and evolution. However, at this time there is the need for integration as waves of cosmic energy continue to flow through the collective.  

These waves of incoming energy are recharging your energy field enabling you to integrate the massive shifts that have occurred this week.  You may well find yourself in the final throes of a great release which will serve to free you from that which no longer serves your life. As such you may find yourself confronted with opportunities to clear any remaining debris from the past and anything that diminishes your energy in anyway. The energies are intense and unpredictable so remember to stay compassionate, grounded and connected to the process.
