Focus Your Attention Within

This is a time of long awaited transformation where we are being freed from the limits of the past. Where we can move beyond our wounding and into the light of a new era, a new consciousness and a new reality. The incoming energy has been laser like in its focus initiating an internal process of awakening and activating, which has caused us to question our reality. As a result, we no longer know what to expect and what we thought we knew seems to have no real substance.

With the flow of incoming energy increasing it is essential that you fully anchor and stabilise yourself within it. Remember that life is shifting and generating a total reset. Try not to be overly attached to anything, particularly the outcome of this time. Expect the unexpected and allow for the unimagined to unfold. This is a very creative and purposeful time. Surrender into the moment, focus your attention within and wait for the insights and guidance to arise from deep within you.
