There are so many ways to love and assist those in need, but the one thing we ask you to strive to avoid is "feeling bad for" those who have been affected, for in truth "feeling bad" or "feeling pity" has never uplifted a single soul on your planet earth.
Say “I am open to receive the abundance that is all around me!” - If you say it, but it doesn’t resonate or it’s not ‘real’ to you then each time you say that or something like it, you are emphasizing the lack because you say the words, but you send a vibration of the opposite.
This channel came a little as unexpected to me. We have worked again and again on shifting energies, releasing past experiences, moving into what we seek to have. During this journey, the Goddess used compassion as the means of creating the change.
You’ve been on this path of knowledge for a very long time. You’ve studied the best self-help books, taken the workshops and followed all the inspirational teachers. You’ve learned that you are in complete management of how you design your life. Then why do you continue to find yourself judging others? (Yes, that teeny-tiny voice is still there whispering.) So why does that continue to come up in your life when you thought you had gotten beyond all that?
These next few days may test your patience. Not because you will necessarily feel uncomfortable, but that others will slowly grasp concepts you understand so quickly. Those of you reading these materials have decided to test your new software. We cannot delineate what the results of your testing will be or has been – for your software is designed for you and your role.
If you could see the love and compassion that I see the angels showing for us, you would never feel unloved. Angels are so good at helping us to show love and care, and at allowing us to feel it too. So many times we hide it. Ask your guardian angel to help you to feel its love and the love around you. And ask it too, to help you to show love to others.
For some reason I’ve been having a lot of conversations about empathy recently. Empathy has been defined in the scientific journals as ‘I feel withyou‘, as distinct from compassion, which has been defined as ‘I feel for you’. With empathy, we share another’s pain and we are very aware of the effects of our actions on them. With compassion, our focus moves a little in the direction of wishing them freedom from their pain.
Quan Yin, is a beautiful expression of the Divine Mother. She is great goddess and Mother of Compassion and Mercy. She is loved and revered throughout the world. Mercy means there is more assistance given through love than through merit earned. Kwan Yin is associated with the earth, fertility, birth, and healing. She issues the energies of Magnified Healing.
All our political candidates need to be sent back to compassion school. They need to take vows before they run for office that they will have compassion for we the people, for each other, for our global family, for the earth. These candidates need to become more than talk show hosts or master of ceremonies trying to woo us for votes.
Powerful One, open your heart and the Flow of Life changes. Air finds the open lines of flow. It fills every space. It is so fine in form that you can not see it, but you feel its power to sustain Life. This is similar to your Love. You become the duct system through which the air (e’er) flows. By your focus, the air is warmed and nurtures life into safety and comfort. By your focus, the air is cooled and nurtures life into movement and expression. That is your Compassion.
All this year we have, bit by bit, been integrating Unity Consciousness into our Being. It is complete with the 12th Gateway of the Winter Solstice. Unity Consciousness awakens us even more fully and awakens many more people choosing Ascension. It is the completion of the awakening of the Collective Heart....bringing more Compassion and Understanding for ourselves and all other beings.
Many “Lightworkers” believe they are contributing and helping others by offering sympathy or empathy to those in trouble or in pain. There is a vast difference between empathy, sympathy and compassion. I would like to suggest you choose compassion the next time someone you care for is not doing well. Here is why.
1) Meditate to calm your mind and stay young. Meditation helps calm the mind and reduce stress. Regular practice helps us meet many of the routinely challenging situations in our lives with less effort, and we achieve better results. Few people realize that meditation also slows the aging process. One study associated meditation with higher levels of the ‘anti-aging hormone’, DHEA, implying that meditation slowed aging. A Harvard study showed that it even impacts us at the genetic level, affecting around 2,000 genes, some of which counteracted damage to the body from free radicals, thus potentially slowing the rate of aging
