Few people realize that meditation also slows the aging process. One study associated meditation with higher levels of the ‘anti-aging hormone’, DHEA, implying that meditation slowed aging. A Harvard study showed that it even impacts us at the genetic level, affecting around 2,000 genes, some of which counteracted damage to the body from free radicals, thus potentially slowing the rate of aging
How many of us truly believe we are Gods? We all believe that our world mirrors our consciousness, correct? Every day we strive to align with divine qualities in order to experience faith, gratitude, compassion, peace, and wisdom. We observe the external signposts that clue us into the truth of where we have directed our attention, resolving to awaken the inner causality that keeps us separated from the One life.
With the recent dramatic global events unfolding in the Middle East, including Osama Bin Laden's death, I am more passionate than ever that peace begins within each of us, then emanates to the world. Our focus must be on inner peace, not on the frail "successes" that come from violence, no matter what they are. Love is the answer. As a psychiatrist, I know how essential it is for us to heal the violence within in order to heal violence around us.
When we think of side effects the first thing that springs to mind are the side effects of drugs. But who’d have thought that kindness could have side effects too? Well, it does! And positive ones at that.
Compassion is another level of love. Over a long period of time, we have created a Darwinian Society, a competitive environment. Our natural state is not one of competitive nature, it is compassion. Through the choice of living our lives, we conducted experiments by following the lead of our planet and the inhabitants. By following the lead of other species, our human self thought it was ok to be competitive. We learn from example.

I am honored that they would turn to me for this, but I thought it would be a good idea to blog on this topic just for general information’s sake.
Compassion is having a general love and understanding of your fellow man. This lower frequency of love offers and gives respect to the spiritual beings we all are. As a collective, we always say respect is earned and not given. We must honor the spirits we are and share space with, yet we lose respect for others as humans who have conflicting interest, selfish motives, or harmed us in anyway. It's ok to have the lost of respect of a person, but be sure it's for the right reasons.

speaking through, but also to flow throughout everyone who is here
consciously present in this group. I take a moment and flow my energy
into anyone who will listen to this or read this at a later date.
At this time of

seek to find ways to live in this new energy while still dealing with
the old, the message I get most strongly from my Higher Guidance is to
seek Gentleness and Compassion.

I don't know about you, but I found the energy over the Full Moon to be very intense and difficult. In fact, for me it was a point where I felt my energy dropping and I became tired and a little depressed. So, since we passed through the Diamond portal, this is not an energy that I choose to indulge in my life.
In these intense and changing times, many people are still struggling with making the shift of consciousness from a Third Dimensional reality to a Multi-Dimensional reality. Some think that they are alone in their struggles, and that they are missing out on the promised Joy and Peace, because they do not feel it.
