On Friday of last week, I posted a notice on Facebook about feeling more sensitive these days to the happenings in the world. Within no time there were more than 300 comments from people who could relate and a beautiful conversation about what we can do to protect our sensitivity ensued.
You may be feeling zapped, run ragged, overwhelmed, yet what you are experiencing may be the stirrings of enlightenment. Of course, to become enlightened, to be aware of it, naturally the dark that blocks it has to go. You have all the light in Heaven in you right now, only the dark has to go. And what is the dark that hovers over you, beloveds? It is the past. It is residuals of the past, conclusions from the past, pictures of the past that you hold onto.

When fear grips you, dear ones, you can choose to turn your attention to the truth of God's love. Fear was designed to be a biological reaction to a threatening situation - one that would create fight or flight, and then be done. Fear was designed to be a fleeting, momentary state of being, triggered only in dire situations.
Sometimes letting go of fear can feel as though you are walking off a cliff. It is often necessary to take this large step in order to make the greatest progress in your life. When your intention is to serve the Highest Good in all you do, and when you have the willingness to move through your fear of the unknown, this step off a cliff will be into the arms of these magnificent beings of light. Angels will assist you to fly to the heights of grandeur and to the depths of peace.
So, beloved ones, if you find yourself in fear, you can know that you have moved to a false identity. Wherever you feel fear, if you will look, it delivers a perfect message that tells you clearly what identity of ego you are clinging to. It tells you where you are closed to life. It tells you where you have forgotten all that you are. It will let you know with perfect precision exactly where you stepped out of the Moment and onto the “horizontal arm of the Cross.”
In "Emotional Freedom" my approach to transforming fear has two stages. First, take stock of what makes you afraid and distinguish irrational fears from legitimate intuitions. Second, take appropriate steps to heed protective fears and transform the others with courage. At times you may foresee real danger, but more frequently unproductive fears clobber you. Therefore as a general rule, train yourself to question fears tied to low self-esteem; we’re all worthy of what’s extraordinary.
Love, in its various forms, is the almighty drive that sends people to the extremes of human endeavor. This potent force which pervades the universe is part and parcel of the human experience, providing people with learning and evolution. It is the driving force behind all life in its journey back to the Oneness of all things.
Once upon a time there was a man called Jack. Jack was a wonderful man with an amazing golden light inside him. He couldn't see that golden light nor did he know it was within him, but he knew it existed because he could feel it calling him. He knew it contained all the secrets he needed to know about who he really was, and why he was really here. It contained the key that would unlock the door to all that his heart desired, and all that his soul dreamed of. He knew that there was more to life than the reality he saw around him.
Having come to a time of decision, you feel it is important to make the best one. You know that what you decide will carry on and you are concerned and even fearful of the “what ifs.” The only way you can truly make decisions that will best serve you now and in your future is to come to a place of peace and calm within. And this means being in harmony with your Higher Self.
This is indeed a convoluted day. What is does not seem correct; and what is not seems as if it should be. Do not despair. Once again you are in a shift – a bit like “Alice in Wonderland” falling down the rabbit hole. This week is a mirage. It is designed to ground you and allow you to once again decide the correct path. For those of you experiencing discomfort, we add a thought that will not necessarily make you happy, but will help you understand.
Fear is the great separator of mind from spirit. While you fear, you are unable to trust your divine origin. It follows that people who pressure you to fear things in life want to keep you away from the power of your inner connection so that they may gain some kind of power over you.
Enough of the “airy-fairy” or “woo woo” thoughts that most of you have used to describe the New Age shifts. We wish to be extremely direct for we no longer need to be concerned about frightening you. Those of you reading these materials have accepted and now expect the New Age. Perhaps you have experienced puberty, a pregnancy or menopause.
My dear friends, we love you so very much. Allow yourselves to enjoy your days dear friends, for so much time is wasted on worry and fear. When you reach our side someday you will see that life is meant to be lived very simply, one moment at a time, trusting in God, trusting in your own hearts, and knowing that all is in right order. "But how can life's challenges be in right order?" so many of you ask.
Question: I have been a spiritual seeker almost all my life. I have had many wonderful experiences and feel I have grown and evolved immensely. However, there is still one area which I feel has not changed much and that is my fear of dying. How can I overcome this fear of death?
