Many of us like to have a goal. Something to focus on and look forward to achieving. When we don’t have a goal or we can’t see a way out of our current situation, be it: cash flow; relationships or lack of them… Whatever it is, not knowing where we are going can feel disconcerting and downright depressing.
All this year we have, bit by bit, been integrating Unity Consciousness into our Being. It is complete with the 12th Gateway of the Winter Solstice. Unity Consciousness awakens us even more fully and awakens many more people choosing Ascension. It is the completion of the awakening of the Collective Heart....bringing more Compassion and Understanding for ourselves and all other beings.
What you set your intention for becomes what receives your attention. When you are energetically and emotionally aligned manifestation occurs within the parameters of your intention. But when you are not aligned with your intention, because your thoughts and beliefs have not yet been integrated to allow yourself to be at the energy of what you wish to manifest, there is no flow and the process is frustrating and disappointing. This is because your attention is displacing energy from your intention.
In "Emotional Freedom" my approach to transforming fear has two stages. First, take stock of what makes you afraid and distinguish irrational fears from legitimate intuitions. Second, take appropriate steps to heed protective fears and transform the others with courage. At times you may foresee real danger, but more frequently unproductive fears clobber you. Therefore as a general rule, train yourself to question fears tied to low self-esteem; we’re all worthy of what’s extraordinary.
Saying no is often difficult, but when we say yes when we want to say no it can have some unpleasant consequences. We can feel trapped, not understood, we can build resentment and find ourselves under even more pressure.
As a psychiatrist, I’ve seen how intense sexual attraction is notorious for obliterating common sense and intuition in the most sensible people. Why? Lust is an altered state of consciousness programmed by the primal urge to procreate. Studies suggest that the brain in this phase is much like a brain on drugs.
Your body is programmed for survival. Heeding early warnings protects your health. Familiarize yourself with how your body speaks to you. It wants you to be well. It will tell you if you are not. Hippocrates wrote over two thousand years ago, "There is a measure of conscious thought throughout the body." This is practical wisdom you can live by.
I haven’t watched much TV in the past two years and I have noticed a trend towards criticising other people’s efforts as a form of entertainment. It’s likely always been like this, I just happen to be more aware of it.
To live intuitively is to live in freedom. When we know how to trust our intuition, we have much more control over the ego, over our own fear, and to live in abundance in a magical world of possibility.
