Every moment of your life is precious. Don’t waste it in worry. Don’t waste it in fear, anger, or anything less than what gives your heart joy. We know human life is not easy. We know there will be times when you are worried, fearful, or upset. But even in these moments dear ones, you can add love.
While it is human to project the past upon the future, we in the heavens experience an entirely different reality. We live in an eternal now, and we know that the past exists only insofar as we bring it with us.
Blessed Being, you are being in Time. Time is an aspect of your earthly construct. In this time of moving past the obvious of the physical into the broader truth of the non-physical, your definitions of Time expand.
Your guidance is never given to you as a well laid out plan. You may be given an overview of your future creations and even ideas as to how they can evolve, but your guidance as to "what to do next" will arrive only in each moment.
Dear Ones, you are accustomed to your linear time and it serves you well. You are aware of your brain processing information based on your five senses and establishing reality for your choice platform. This is a valuable and natural process. Yet you are at a point in your evolution.
The ego creates separation, and separation creates suffering. The ego is therefore clearly pathological. Apart from the obvious ones such as anger, hatred, and so on, there are other more subtle forms of negativity that are so common they are usually not recognized as such.

The pain-body awakens from its dormancy when it gets hungry, when it is time to replenish itself. Alternatively, it may get triggered by an event at any time. The pain- body that is ready to feed can use the most insignificant event as a trigger, something somebody says or does, or even a thought.
Today is put before you as a blessing. This is to be a bless-ed day. Feel sprightly, and you will make this day sprightly as well. There is fate, yes. At the same time, you are the maker of your fate in the Presence of Today.
At some point in their lives, most people become aware that there is not only birth, growth, success, good health, pleasure, and winning, but also loss, failure, sickness, old age, decay, pain, and death.
