Hi Lee,
Thanks for the explanation. It makes a lot of sense for me as I've been experiencing most of what you talk about with changing thoughts AND BELIEFS. It's amazing as I transform a belief, it brings up all these other beliefs ready to be changed as they aren't serving me at all and in fact hindering me. It's like my mind is helping me saying, oh and here's another one I want you to let go of and change. Plus I'm also seeing the affects of the belief in my life and the small changes it's already making now that I'm changing the belief. I see what people mean when they talk about transforming themselves and glad to know I'm growing not dying. This is also very good for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which I'm challenged with and working on. Acceptance plays a key here with that.
